北京，6月17日 - 近日，商务部召开新闻发布会，介绍消费品以旧换新行动进展情况。商务部新闻发言人何亚东表示，截至目前，商务部已会同有关部门先后举办了18场全国消费品以旧换新行动地方站活动，相继启动了2024全国家居焕新消费季、全国家电消费季，取得了显著成效。

**一是抓机制，建立健全工作体系。**牵头建立了推动消费品以旧换新工作协调体系，以及央地联动、政企协同的工作推进机制，形成了上下贯通、左右联动的强大工作合力。

**二是抓政策，释放政策效应。**统筹相关税收减免、金融支持、企业让利等优惠政策，着力降低“以旧换新”成本，增强政策吸引力。

**三是抓活动，营造消费氛围。**先后举办了18场全国消费品以旧换新行动地方站活动，相继启动了2024全国家居焕新消费季、全国家电消费季，线上线下齐发力，有效激发了消费者的参与热情。

“以旧换新”成效显著，市场活力明显增强

**一是市场规模不断扩大。**据监测，今年1-5月，全国重点监测的100家大型零售企业以旧换新商品销售额同比增长12.3%，其中家电、家具、3C产品等商品销售额同比增长分别为15.8%、13.6%和10.4%。
